Booking Terms and Conditions

We are pleased to inform you that your booking has been confirmed! We are very appreciative of you giving us your time for our service! However, we understand due to unforseen circumstances, you may not be able to commit to the cleaning schedule. But fret not, for any changes to your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid unnecessary charges.

Fees imposed for last minute cancellation or rescheduling

Cancellation Fee: 25% of your service (Maximum of $200)
Rescheduling Fee: $25 Fee (if informed within 24 hours) + 50% Deposit

  1. Our cleaning experts are vigorously trained in technical works and customer service! Please treat them respectfully, too!
     

  2. Please help to provide a safe working environment at the Premises for our cleaning experts to perform the Service;
     

  3. Please secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the Service;
     

  4. Please secure the safety of pets at the time of cleaning as pets may be irritated by the sound produces by the cleaning machines;
     

  5. Waiting Time: Please understand due to our ongoing cleaning schedules, our cleaning experts will only be able to wait up to 30 minutes if no one is present. We will use our best efforts in contacting you via phone.
     

  6. For Condominiums: Please check and ensure with your Condo Management in advance if we are able to enter the premise, especially for jobs after-hours or weekends, to prevent unnecessary rescheduling.

Fabric Sofa

Drying Time: 4-6 hours (estimated, but may take slighly longer for certain materials)

Using a PH balanced solution together with a powerful deodoriser and sanitiser means that your upholstery will not only be clean but also healthier and fresher. However, certain stains will require to be treated immediately after spillage occured, hence not all stains can be removed totally.

Rug / Carpet

Drying Time: 6-8 hours, (estimated, but may take slighly longer for certain materials)

If there are furnitures on top of the rug or carpet, if it can be handled by our two cleaning experts, it should be fine. After cleaning, please allow it to be completely dry before using.

Mattress

Drying Time: 6-8 hours, (estimated, but may take slighly longer for certain materials)

For mattress, stain removal yields a lower chance compared to other upholstery. Hence, they will have a lower chance of removal compared to other upholstery items. However, removal of allergens, dust, bacteria, odour and any other particles is still very effective.

Curtains

Drying Time: 4-6 hours, (estimated, but may take slighly longer for certain materials)

We remove allergens, dust, bacteria, odour and any other particles, ensuring that the integrity of the curtain surface will not be affected. However, there are certain stains that need to be treated immediately, hence not all stains can be removed totally.
