Booking Terms and Conditions
We are pleased to inform you that your booking has been confirmed! We are very appreciative of you giving us your time for our service! However, we understand due to unforseen circumstances, you may not be able to commit to the cleaning schedule. But fret not, for any changes to your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid unnecessary charges.
Fees imposed for last minute cancellation or rescheduling
Cancellation Fee: 25% of your service (Maximum of $200)
Rescheduling Fee: $25 Fee (if informed within 24 hours) + 50% Deposit
Our cleaning experts are vigorously trained in technical works and customer service! Please treat them respectfully, too!
Please help to provide a safe working environment at the Premises for our cleaning experts to perform the Service;
Please secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the Service;
Please secure the safety of pets at the time of cleaning as pets may be irritated by the sound produces by the cleaning machines;
Waiting Time: Please understand due to our ongoing cleaning schedules, our cleaning experts will only be able to wait up to 30 minutes if no one is present. We will use our best efforts in contacting you via phone.
For Condominiums: Please check and ensure with your Condo Management in advance if we are able to enter the premise, especially for jobs after-hours or weekends, to prevent unnecessary rescheduling.
We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, Paynow, and Paylah.
